Daniel Owen Square Opened

Daniel Owen Square in Mold designed by HDD, has been officially opened. Improvements to the public realm include; an events area, canopy, re-located sculpture, planting and architectural lighting. Celebrations to open the square included music , dancing and poetry performed by schools, professional performers and local community groups.  A time capsule engineered by Airbus apprentices from a titanium fuel tank from an A380 was buried to mark the completion of the project beside the Daniel Owen statue.
