Planning permission granted for new cemetery

Planning permission for a new 6.5 hectare cemetery in North Waltham near Basingstoke has been granted. The proposed cemetery includes a chapel building, new footpaths, roads and burial areas alongside extensive areas of planting in order to provide a tranquil setting for burial that fits sensitively into the surrounding landscape. HDD managed and the planning application as well as masterplanning the proposed new cemetery.
