Construction work continues at Parc Padarn, Llanberis. The new visitor centre is taking shape, most of the drainage is in, tree pits and surface finishes are underway and looking great. The scheme will provide a new visitor centre, with toilets and office space. HDD are responsible for managing the external works to ensure the final scheme sits sensitively within the spectacular World Heritage Site. Works include remodelling the existing coach and car parking to increase capacity, enhancing the public realm around the building, incorporating public artwork, improving pedestrian safety in the car park and new charging points for cars and cycles. Works being carefully managed while the craft workshops and car park remain operational.
