We are delighted to be working with Menter Ty’n Llan to assist them with their ambitious plans for the Grade II Ty’n Llan pub. The pub was saved from closure by the community who have tirelessly fundraised to remodel the interior of the pub and create an ambitious new extension with new parking, garden and courtyard areas. The proposals include incorporation of green technologies including photo-voltaics, heat-pumps, growing areas, biodiversity improvements, cycle storage and charging points, alongside increasing the size of the current car park.
